Unlimited Proxies Plan - Fair Use Policy Explained
As a provider of unlimited proxy service, we are committed to offering our customers the best possible service. One of the features we implement to ensure that all of our customers can continue to enjoy our service without any interruptions is progressive latency.
Progressive latency is a way for us to keep our costs down and ensure that everyone can continue to use our service. It is implemented once you exceed your premium data allowance and involves adding a delay to your requests to ensure that all of our customers can continue to enjoy our service without any interruptions.
The delay is implemented once your Fast bandwidth is depleted. Slow bandwidth latency starts in a progressive manner, the more you use, the slower it gets.
Monthly bandwidth over premium data allowance (in GB) | Latency (in seconds) |
---|---|
0 - 5 | 4 |
5 - 10 | 5 |
10 - 20 | 6 |
20 - 50 | 7 |
50 - 100 | 8 |
100 - 200 | 9 |
200 - 300 | 10 |
300 - 500 | 12 |
>500 | 13 |
As you can see, the delay amounts increase gradually as the customer consumes more of the Slow Bandwidth. We've set the Slow bandwidth data allowance thresholds high to accommodate even the most demanding data needs. In fact, our fair use policy only comes into effect when a customer averages $1.66 per GB, which is by far the cheapest residential proxy bandwidth on the internet.
What's exciting is that you can anytime top up the Fast bandwidth, this way you will no longer be using the Slow bandwidth, and you will enjoy a latency free service whenever you need it.
In summary, progressive latency is a feature that we implement to ensure that all of our customers can continue to enjoy our service without any interruptions. If you experience latency, consider upgrading to a higher tier plan or top-up Fast bandwidth to avoid latency and scrape the web at lightning speed. With our service, you'll be able to scrape the web more efficiently and gain valuable insights for your business.
